The Art of Perfume Layering

Why wear one when you can create your own?

Fragrance layering is the art of wearing two or more scents together to create a new scent experience.
Think of your fragrances as ingredients. One brings freshness. Another brings warmth. Another adds sweetness, depth or sensuality. Together, they can become something completely personal.

How to Layer

  1. Choose Your Base
  2. Begin with the fragrance you want to define the combination. Warm, woody, musky and vanilla-forward fragrances often make excellent foundations.

  3. Add Contrast or Complement
  4. Choose your second fragrance. You can complement the first with similar notes or create contrast with something completely different.

  5. Three Point
  6. You don't need equal amounts. Try a stronger application of your base fragrance and a lighter application of the second. Experiment until the balance feels right.

Citrus + Woods

Fresh meets sophisticated.
Bright citrus can bring energy to the richness and depth of woody notes.

Vanilla + Floral

Soft meets seductive.
Creamy sweetness can add warmth and depth to a floral composition.

Fruity + Floral

Bright meets beautiful.
A playful combination that can feel vibrant, colorful and effortless.

Fresh + Musk

Clean meets sensual.
Freshness on top with soft, skin-like warmth underneath.

Sweet + Woody

Addictive meets confident.
A richer combination ideal when you want something with presence.
